All shipping quotes throughout checkout process are ONLY estimates based off the order total and the average product weight. Actual shipping charges will differ depending on precise shipping location and actual product selected. If shipping charges exceed what is paid for online, we will contact you with the exact shipping amount after the order is placed. We will do our best to provide most up to date and accurate shipping prices when available.
Midwest's company policy is to ship your merchandise on or before a specific date as set and agreed to in the approved order. However, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays included in a standard force majeure clause including, but not limited to: Acts of God; Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license); wars; insurrections; and/or delays resulting from the carrier that is delivering your merchandise even if you are reimbursing Midwest for the shipping costs. All merchandise is shipped FOB, which means that you own the merchandise when it leaves the shipping dock.
Midwest Promotional Group "Midwest" guarantees the quality of all items produced. In the unlikely event that a product is misprinted or defective, Midwest will provide a credit or replace the items free of charge. A misprinted item is a product that has an imprint that is different than the proof that was provided. Due to the nature of our business, Midwest will not accept returns for items that are not misprinted nor defective. Midwest will make every accommodation possible to satisfy the needs of the customer. Blank products returned on personal preferences are handled on a case-by-case basis. Re-stocking fees may apply.
